MIT 510: Office of International programs front end analysis and training plan MIT 510 Design & Development of Instructional technology (spr 07) Conducted an instructional design project which included all phases of the structural design process.

MIT 510: Office of International programs front end analysis and training plan MIT 510: Design & Development of Instructional technology (spr 07) To ensure the project was efficiently completed, special attention was given to management techniques. I created a project contract which included all necessary commitments from the client organization and maintained a work breakdown structure for all activities.

MIT 513: Greenfield Lake tour website MIT 513 Computer-based Instruction (spr 08)– Greenfield lake tour and MIT 520 Managing Instructional Development (fall 07) – Greenfield lake education center – Both projects required careful management to ensure all phases of the project were aligned with the goal and with the scope of the project. I accomplished this with project management tools and techniques such as the work breakdown structure (WBS) and the communications plan.

MIT 513: Greenfield Lake tour website MIT 513 Computer-based Instruction (spr 08). I created standardized templates and team member work assignments to ensure the project was completed in a timely and efficient manner.

MIT 513: Greenfield Lake tour website MIT 513: Computer-based Instruction (spr 08): Greenfield lake Walk – I served as the project manager for a 3 person team created to develop a CBI instructional module. My duties included, coordinating work of two instructional designers with supervisors from the client organization, setting schedules and standards, and conducting quality control measures.
Design instructional management systems. (Manage / supervision instructional teams)

MIT 520: Greenfield Lake educational Center MIT 520: Managing Instructional Development (fall 07) Greenfield lake Environment Education Center Used the principles of project management detailed in the PMBOK, to design and plan for an environmental education center to be developed at Greenfield lake. The plan included a project charter, work breakdown structure, gantt chart, and budget.

MIT 530: Pender Co Change Management plan MIT 530: Evaluation and Change in Instructional Development (spr08) – Created a change management plan for improving teacher professional development at Pender County schools
